Grants to Maryland government, tribal, and community organizations in eligible regions to improve vaccine equity. The purpose of this program is to promote confidence and participation in the Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine and reduce ethnic and racial disparities in COVID-19 vaccination coverage for Black and Latinx individuals in Baltimore.

The Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF) acknowledges the historic and ongoing role that structural racism plays in creating and perpetuating health disparities and works to bring about positive change. BCF is committed to identifying and combating structural racism and fostering greater equity and inclusion through its advocacy, grantmaking, impact investing and special initiatives. Building on community relationships, BCF is well positioned to implement this project and award various Baltimore community organizations and partners whose programs and/or projects seek to increase COVID-19 vaccine uptake specifically among the 18-34 age adult Black and Latinx Baltimore city/county community.
