Self Care for Recovery

Mission
At Self Care for Recovery, our mission is to empower individuals in their recovery from alcohol and substance use disorders while supporting their mental health through accessible, complementary approaches. We focus on those in recovery who lack the financial security to experience complementary and alternative health care to reach their self-care goals. Since our founding in 2019, we have been committed to breaking down barriers and providing holistic support, including massage therapy/therapeutic healing touch, energy work, meditation, journaling, and essential life skills. Our whole-health approach prioritizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being, fundamental to a successful recovery journey.
