PETS IN CLASSROOM IS AN EDUCATIONAL GRANT PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO TEACHERS TO PURCHASE AND MAINTAIN SMALL ANIMALS IN CLASSROOM. THIS GIVES CHILDREN AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH PETS, WHICH IS AN EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP SHAPE THEIR LIVES FOR YEARS TO COME. MORE THAN 4,100 GRANTS TO TEACHERS WERE GRANTED DURING 2019.

WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND EDUCATION

ANNUALLY DISTRIBUTIONS ARE MADE TO 501(C)(3) CHARITIES WHOSE MISSION IS THE HUMANE CARE, SUPPORT AND PLACEMENT OF ANIMALS. THERE ARE NO SERVICES RECEIVED OR PROVIDED. QUALIFIED DISTRIBUTIONS OF FIVE (5%) PERCENT OF THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE TRUST ASSETS, LESS REASONABLE AND NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES, ARE MADE TO THESE CHARITIES TO HELP SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS. SEVEN CHARITIES RECEIVED SUPPORT THIS YEAR.

We provide the citizens of Calvert County with free pet spays neuters. We operate a rescue/adoption program for dogs, cats small animals.

THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO HELP THOSE IN NEED AND PERFORM MISSION TRIPS, TOY RUNS, SENIORS and HOMELESS SUPPORT, AND ANIMAL RESCUE EFFORTS.

THE MISSION CHILDREN IS TO RESCUE, SAVE, PROTECT /OR PROVIDE HOMELESS OR ABANDONED WITH SHELTER CARE BOTH IN THE UNITED STATES OVERSEAS.

THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO ADDRESS ORGANIZATIONAL PERSONAL BIASES WITHIN ANIMAL WELFARE.

EDUCATION PROGRAMS - TO INFORM COMMUNITY OF ISSUES RELATED TO ANIMALS, ANIMAL OVERPOPULATION, AND ENVIRONMENT. HAD CONTACT WITH APPROXIMATELY 100 ORGANIZATIONS.

THE U.S. IS A COALITION OF NEARLY SIXTY (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) LEADING NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND COMPANIES, WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, TO COMBAT THE ILLEGAL TRADE OF IN THE UNITED STATES.
