WILL HELP DEVELOP A MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE TRAINING CLASSES TO HELP THE NON-PROFIT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE TO KEEP IT SAFE AND EXTEND ITS LIFE.
